Processing Times

Standard products are normally dispatched within 1–3 business days. This standard estimate excludes advent calendars and Roma Costume products; see the supplier-specific times below.

Product-specific delivery times

The standard 1–3 business day dispatch estimate excludes advent calendars and Roma Costume products. Their estimated delivery times are:

• Advent calendars (ORION): Estimated delivery within 6–10 business days from the date of your order.
• Roma Costume: Estimated delivery within 10–15 business days from the date of your order.

Check the dispatch and delivery information on the individual product page before ordering. These total delivery estimates include processing and shipping and apply to those products instead of the standard dispatch and UK delivery estimates. Business days exclude weekends and UK public holidays.
