Please find below the terms of use governing the services offered by Prismatic Consciousness and by purchasing services from Prismatic Consciousness via this website or on any platform where Prismatic Consciousness advertises and sells its services, you agree to the following terms.

2. Electronic communication

When you purchase a service from Prismatic Consciousness, you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that are provided to you electronically will satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

3. What you can expect after purchasing a service?

You can expect that I turn up for appointments on time.

You can expect the information you give to me during the duration of your service, as well as your personal data that you provide, to be kept secure and confidential.

5. Cancellations and refunds

5.1. Your right to cancel a service

According to UK consumer law, you have a cooling off period of up to 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to change your mind. An appointment for a service may be cancelled for a full refund up to 48 hours before the scheduled time slot. A refund will be issued via the original payment method you used.

5.2. I paid via PayPal

If you paid via PayPal, a refund will be issued minus a cancellation charge of 30% of what you paid. The cancellation charge covers what Prismatic Consciousness is charged by PayPal when a refund is issued. The refund should show up on your end within 30 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

5.3. I paid via Stripe

If you paid with your credit or debit card via Stripe, a full refund will be issued. It should show up on your end within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

5.4. Refunding a service that has been provided already

Refunds are not, under any circumstances, offered after a service has been provided. This includes personal consultations, divination, ritual for hire, and other types of services.

5.5. Rescheduling a service

An appointment for a service may be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled time slot. Available alternative time slots will vary and are on a “first come, first served” basis.

To reschedule your appointment before the 48 hour cut off point, you can cancel your existing appointment and then book a new appointment via the Services page.

6. Services for minors

Services offered by Prismatic Consciousness are intended for persons aged 18 and older. If you are under 18, you may not purchase services offered by Prismatic Consciousness.

6.1. Refusal of service

Prismatic Consciousness reserves the right to refuse to provide a service, at our sole discretion. You will be notified and refunded, as per the policy laid out above, in this case.

7. Limitation of liability

Prismatic Consciousness and its employees are not responsible for your use or misuse of the information and advice / recommendations received via a service such as a personal consultation or a Tarot reading, and the consequences arising from your use or misuse of it.

8. Disclaimer

By purchasing a service from Prismatic Consciousness, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your use, and any consequences that result from your use of the advice / recommendations and information received via a service such as a personal consultation or a Tarot reading.

9. Other policies

Advice or information received through a service provided by any employee working for Prismatic Consciousness, is provided for historical and / or entertainment purposes only.

Prismatic Consciousness and its employees are not responsible for any supernatural effect (or lack of effect) resulting from the use of rituals, information and advice / recommendations provided through services.

Consider the gnosis, rituals, information, and advice / recommendations, and other material received via services provided by any employee working for Prismatic Consciousness as adult knowledge. It is not legal or medical advice. Use this knowledge at your own risk.

If you experience any problems, contact a licensed doctor or a licensed solicitor.

If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
